Legal assistant services provides a full range of services for Clients in Corporate and Commercial Businesses including but not limited to the Incorporation and Organization of Corporation, Partnership, Joint Venture, General Corporation, Capital Restructuring, Documentation for the Purchase and Sale of Business (Merger and Acquisition) and also Business Negotiation.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Review, Prepare and draft Agreements/ Documents;
• Government Permit and Certification Arrangement as per needed by Client;
• Assist Client in Setting Up their Business Operation and Conduct Negotiation with Other Parties as Instructed;
• Legal Advice and Opinion on Treaties, Law and Regulations, Contract/Agreement;
• Render any other Legal Services as Client requires from time to time for the need of their business running well day to day;
